Morning Routine

Monday, 6 June 2016

I decided to do a little morning routine post for you today, it's very simple and but I absolutely love this type of blog posts/ youtube videos so I thought'd I'd have a little go myself.

First things first, after having a quick look on social media in bed (by quick I mean half an hour) I make my way to the bathroom to cleanse and do my teeth etc! I'm currently using the Liz Earle cleanse and polish and some other of her bits and bobs. If you want to know what I think about them then have a little read here. I then pop on some primer and head downstairs to make breakfast!

What I eat definitely depends what time I'm leaving the house. If it's before 10 it's usually something quick and easy like cereal or my favourite granola and yoghurt. But today I had a little more time, so I made some scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toast. I absolutely love Eggs, it's the main reason I could never go vegan. If you follow me on instagram you'll know all about my obsession with poached eggs, I swear every other photo I insta is poached eggs.

I then make my way back upstairs, and pop some makeup on and curl my hair, this can take me anywhere between 20 minutes and 2 hours. Depends how distracted I get haha! After I've done that I'll get dressed, pop some shoes on, grab my handbag and head out.

And that's pretty much it, like I said, it's super simple but that's all that needs to happen for me in the mornings. Let me know if you've done a morning routine post on your blog/channel? I'd love to have a look!

With Love; Em x
