April has probably been the busiest month for me, with being at home for the easter break for the first week of the month and then being thrown back into it at uni once I got back to Huddersfield it's been crazy trying to juggle it all. My hand in is on the 6th May which is not far of at all. I can't believe after that date I'll have finished my second year of uni! But for today, I've taken a couple of minutes aside to sit down and write this for you, it's a collection of little thing I've picked up throughout the month, a mix of beauty, skincare and some other bits and bobs...

I've been wanting to try the NARS creamy concealer for ages and when my current foundation and concealer started to run out I decided to take the leap and invest in something a little more pricey than my usual rimmel stuff. It took my a while to get use to because the foundation is SO thin, but once I used it a few times and applied it with a couple of different things I finally got the hang of it and I've worked out a way to use it, that I'm totally happy with. I totally get the hype around both the foundation and the concealer, but if you're in the market to buy a new concealer definitely pick this one up. Now I've tried it I'll never go back, and the tiniest amount goes such a long way!

If you missed my post about this then have a little look here. but in a nutshell. It's the best thing I've ever done for my skin, it's worked wondered and I can totally tell a difference since I started using it.

My current contour powder had run out so I just wanted to pick something up to use until I found one that I wanted to invest it, the Anastasia palette is something I'm considering but for now I picked this one up. The highlight in this is beautiful, it's so subtle and the powder is so fine it doesn't look cake on the skin and it doesn't have any glitter chunks in it, which I personally think is hard to not find in highlighters on the high street. I would like the contour powder a lot more if there wasn't a shimmer to it, but with that said.. I do like it and I think it will be lovely in the summer to give a your contour a bit more of a glow.

This was a birthday present I received from my step mum, so thank you! The colour is beautiful and the formula is amazing, £10 for a nail varnish is a bit on the pricey side but you literally only need one coat and your good to go.

My nails have always been on the thinner side of things, but since I got acrylics a while back they just haven't been the same. I've been using this for a couple of weeks and I'm starting to notice a difference! It's not very expensive, so it's definitely worth a try!

With undertaking a placement year as part of my University degree, I thought it was best to get organised and stay on top of it all so I picked up this planner, which one is beautiful, and two I thought would come in handy for writing down whats what and the little tasks I have to get done that day, so I stay super organised and don't forget things.

Electric Toothbrush- Oral B
I'm going to be 100% honest with you this was completely an impulse buy. But with it being half price (reduced from £70 to £35) I just couldn't resist. I know it's only a toothbrush and you can do a fine job and brushing your teeth with a regular one but i've honestly noticed such a difference, my teeth look shinier and whiter and just generally nicer. So if your looking to get an electric toothbrush I'd definitely suggest this one, plus.. It's pink!

With Love;
