Hello Lovelies,

So yesterday my dad, step mum, brothers and grandparents came up to see me which was lovely. For my outfit, I wanted to keep it simple because I wasn't entirely sure on what we'd be doing, I had a feeling it would have something do with eating and definitely drinking.. turns out we went for lunch, I showed them round the uni, went for a drinks then went for dinner. So I think this outfit worked pretty well. It was casual enough for just wandering round town but nice enough for the restaurants.

I picked up this dress in Primark before going away for the summer, and it was a bargain at £3. I wore it loads on holiday it was great as something to throw on over your bikini to go for lunch and I wore it a few times in the evenings with some nice jewellery. I think it's a great layering piece for winter, it works as a great base to build up on, and for £3 it's just amazing. I went for a low denier tights and layered some jewellery to add some nice details, then popped on this white tassel kimono to add a touch of bohemian to the outfit and lighten it up a little. Then because it was on the chilly side I popped on a coat and scarf to keep me nice and toasty!

Dress- Primark
Shoes- H&M
Kimono- Pink
Necklaces- Accessorize, (two longer ones- Miss Selfridge)
Watch- Karen Millen

I also styled this dress a different way, so come back tomorrow to see how you can make the same item work for two different outfits!
