OOTN Beach Club (Night out in Kuala Lumpur)

Thursday, 11 September 2014

Hello Lovelies,

I know it's been a while, so here are my excuses... As well as having to unpack and settle in after being away for 6 weeks, I've had to get everything ready for going to University and being as I go in a couple of days, so it's been important for me to just relax and see some friends. So with that out of the way, lets get on with the post!

If you've been keeping up to date with my second blog (which has been updated much more than this blog this summer), 'imaginelacedragonsother' then you'll have noticed that whilst in Malaysia we visited a few places, one of which was Kuala Lumpur (the capital of Malaysia). Our reason for visiting Malaysia was to meet my step mothers family which we did for the first week/week and a half but we also visited some other places, one of which was Kuala Lumpur.  My step mum had arranged a girlie night out with some of her friends to go and see her friend Ozzy's band that was playing at the 'Beach Club' in KL. Not knowing what to expect from the Beach Club I thought I'd keep my outfit pretty simple with a black playsuit and delicate jewellery. Being as we were 'with the band' we were in a reserved section which was lovely as we were very close to the stage, and more importantly the bar... got a better view of the main 'dance floor'. It was a lovely night which ended about 4am after hunting around for some chicken noodles because thats what everyone needs at 4am right?

This playsuit was a purchase I made whilst in Malaysia I think it was about 60RM which is about £12 so not bad at all. The playsuit fits lovely and I love the lace panels on the back. I got dressed up again to shoot the photos for this post because in the hotel which we were staying in although it was lovely, the wasn't much room at all for me to take OOTD/OOTN photos much to my annoyance. So on the actual night out I wore flat nude sandals because my step mum and all her friends are significantly shorter than me so I didn't need to add to the height difference. But if I was to wear this playsuit out with my friends, I would wear these shoes as I think they just go better with the outfit.

I know that my feet are yuk but let be honest, feet aren't the
most attractive thing are they? (Just to show my shoes!)
